Are you a passionate sales professional with a knack for building relationships and a love for creating backyard paradises? East Coast Pools and Spas, a family-run business with over 25 years of excellence in building, is expanding its presence in the St. Augustine area and is seeking a dedicated Pool Sales Representative to join our team in 2025.
About Us: At East Coast Pools and Spas, we specialize in designing and constructing custom swimming pools and spas that bring our clients’ visions to life. As we deepen our commitment to the St. Augustine community, we’re looking for a team member who shares our values of quality, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
Position: Custom Pool Designer
Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets for pool and spa projects.
Design Collaboration: Develop customized pool solutions that exceed client expectations.
Sales Presentations: Present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our designs.
Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the sales and construction process to ensure satisfaction.
Market Expansion: Assist in expanding our client base in the St. Augustine area through networking and community engagement.
Qualifications
Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the pool, construction, or home improvement industries.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of pool construction processes and design is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Local Familiarity: Knowledge of the St. Augustine area and community is a plus.
Computer Skills: Worked with Pool Studios Design or similar programs, BuilderTrend, Microsoft programs
